スプリット・アルバム『hello there』の発売を記念したツアー〈“hello there”tour 2023〉を11月末に開催するCoaltar Of the Deepers × Borisが、アルバム『hello there』の詳細を発表しました。アルバムの発売はCDが2024年1月24日（水）、アナログが2024年3月。なお、CDは〈“hello there”tour 2023〉のツアー会場で先行発売されます。

　アルバムには全7曲を収録しており、Coaltar Of the Deepersは3曲のセルフカヴァー（「Wipe out」「Waterbird」「Killing Another」）とBorisの「Melody」のカヴァー、Borisは2曲のセルフカヴァー（「Luna」「Quicksilver」）とCoaltar Of the Deepersの「Serial Tear」のカヴァーをすべて新録音しています。
